Do you drive at night and on public holidays?
Yes. We’re available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
How far ahead can I book?
Any time – from a few hours to several weeks ahead. For early flights we recommend booking the day before at the latest.
How much does a ride cost?
Within the regulated city area, the official taxi tariff of the respective city applies, charged by the calibrated taximeter. For long-distance trips we quote a binding fixed price in advance.
How can I pay?
Cash or card – whichever you prefer.
Do I get a receipt?
Of course – including for business expense claims.
How many passengers and how much luggage fit?
We drive Mercedes-Benz E-Class saloons and estates: up to four passengers each, the estate with plenty of luggage space. A people carrier for larger groups is coming soon. Just tell us how many people and bags when you book.
Can I bring a child seat, walker or pet?
Yes. A child seat is available – please mention it when booking (“Note” field). Pets are welcome. Folding walkers and wheelchairs go in the boot.
Which languages do you speak?
English, German, Pashto and Dari/Farsi.
