1. Summary
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.
- Fonts are served from our own server – no connection to Google Fonts or other third parties.
- No maps, videos or social media plugins are embedded.
- The booking and VIP enquiry forms store and transmit nothing to us. It only prepares a message that you send yourself via WhatsApp or SMS.

3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, the host automatically processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, data volume, status code, browser, operating system, referrer). This is needed to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
4. No cookies, no tracking
We do not store or read any information on your device (§ 25 TDDDG), so there is no cookie banner. We use no audience measurement, advertising pixels or profiling.
5. Contact by phone, SMS or email
When you call, text or email us, we process your number or address and the content of your request to plan your ride or answer your question (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. WhatsApp
You can reach us via WhatsApp, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. WhatsApp processes your phone number, profile name, communication metadata and the end-to-end encrypted content of your message. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). No WhatsApp scripts are embedded on this site – the button is a plain link to wa.me. Using WhatsApp is optional; you can always call us instead. WhatsApp privacy policy.
7. Booking form and VIP enquiry form
The pre-booking form is processed only in your browser. When you tap “Send via WhatsApp” or “Send via SMS”, your entries (location, date, time, pick-up and destination, passengers, bags, flight number, name, note) are turned into a text message and handed to WhatsApp or your SMS app. The website neither stores these data nor sends them to a server. They are only transmitted once you actively send the message.
The enquiry form on the “VIP & security” page works the same way: your entries (name, phone, email, date, time, pick-up and destination, passengers, preferred vehicle, requested service, further wishes) become a WhatsApp message. The website stores nothing.
8. Carrying out the ride
To carry out the ride we process the data needed for your booking (name, phone number, pick-up and destination, date and time, flight number, special requests) under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Information about reduced mobility is only processed if you provide it and it is needed for the ride (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). Receipts and records are kept as required by law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR with § 147 AO, § 257 HGB). We never sell data.
8a. Rides with security escort
If you request a ride with security escort, we pass the necessary details (name, contact details, date, time, route, number of passengers and your wishes regarding the escort) to our security company, which provides the security services under its own responsibility and is itself the controller for that processing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you choose “VIP ride only”, nothing is passed on.
9. Retention
We delete personal data once it is no longer needed. Enquiries and chats without a ride are deleted after 3 months at the latest; tax-relevant documents are kept for the statutory periods (usually 6 to 10 years).
10. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). A call or message is enough.

There is no automated decision-making or profiling (Art. 22 GDPR). This website is delivered exclusively via encrypted HTTPS.
